PressCamp is a turn-key, all inclusive media opportunity that makes it possible for manufactures to go to market efficiently and have the best opportunity to receive the editorial support that key brands and interesting products deserve.

January 2017's completely sold-out PressCamp ROAD was declared by participating manufactures and editors alike to not just meet their expectations, but they called it a highly productive, interactive experience. One attending editor might have said it best with his post-event comment, “there will come a time when we try to remember the bike industry before PressCamp.” As we stand witness to the changing B2B landscape, we also receive comments about where our industry seems to be moving, "intimate, experiential and productive events such as PressCamp are the future" is echoed frequently. We are flattered to hear from many that our event's blueprint fits that narrative.

PressCamp Road 2018 - Participation Pricing Packages

Option 1: Al Fresco  |  $5,900  

Participating brand receives ONE, 10’x20’ outdoor exhibit space in a smooth and well-maintained parking lot. This display area will be the brand’s home for one-on-one scheduled meetings with editors and the price includes all meals, drinks and fun for TWO brand representatives throughout the full schedule. No lodging is provided, but available at our cost per request.

Option 2: Master Suites  |  $7,900  

Participating brand receives TWO connected suites, totaling 800 square feet of space, including some smaller patios or balconies. The master suites will be the brand’s home for meetings with editors, will be its product showroom and lodging for 4 nights. All meals, drinks, lodging and activities are included for TWO brand representatives.

Option 3: Luxury Suites  |  $8,900  

Participating brand receives ONE, 2nd floor luxury suite totaling 750 square feet. The luxury suite will be the brand’s home for meetings with editors and its product showroom and lodging for 4 nights. All meals, drinks, lodging and activities are included for TWO brand representatives.

Option 4: Deluxe Suites  |  $9,900  

Participating brand receives ONE ground floor deluxe suite totaling 750 square feet, plus a sizable working patio. The deluxe suite will be the brand’s home for meetings with editors and will be its product showroom and lodging for 4 nights. All meals, drinks, lodging and activities are included for TWO brand representatives.

Additional Camper Options Available.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is due at the time of contract. No space will be reserved without a deposit. The remaining 50% payment is due on or before November 15th, 2017
