The inaugural June of 2016 Outdoor PressCamp staged to high acclaim by bringing a unique fusion of small-batch invitational intimacy, big-launch storytelling and experiential trail & camp elements to Deer Valley Resort. With 24 media titles meeting with key outdoor brands at PressCamp over 3 full days and nights, a highly successful and efficient platform has been established for the human-powered outdoor recreation industries.

Whether you have a single product to launch or a full line to introduce, the proven formula of PressCamp affords all manufacturers access to top-tier media at a very reasonable, all-inclusive price. It greatly reduces product launch out-of-office time and PressCamp’s super-efficient platform facilitates ongoing partnership with key media individuals and manufacturers.

Meetings. People. Trail.

Outdoor PressCamp 2017 will be returning to The Lodges at Deer Valley Resort. This exceptional setting, just 10 minutes from downtown Park City and 40 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport, offers world-class hiking trails and extraordinary scenery. Outdoor PressCamp will host 25 media outlets. The editorial guests will be largely made up of key vertical titles, as well as some dynamic active lifestyle category non-endemics.

Outdoor PressCamp will be held concurrently with Bike PressCamp 2017 in the adjoining condo complexes The Lodges and The Silver Baron Lodge. Separated by a few hundred feet, this proximity will offer individual, intimate and targeted media attention for both groups as well as allow us to bring both events attendees together for strategic networking opportunities.

The event starts with an evening open reception, followed by 3 full days of scheduled meetings, networking meals and ample testing time for outdoor products.

Pricing & Programs

Company participation will be limited to 25 opportunities for Outdoor PressCamp.

Includes ONE luxury, spacious 2-bedroom condo for 4 nights of lodging and to use as your company product showroom. The condo will accommodate all of the brands daily scheduled meetings. Two company personnel are eligible and the program includes all meals*, drinks, lift tickets and activities for both.

Additional Staffer Options:

Extra campers to stay in a Lodges hotel room or to simply stay in the assigned company condo are both available at fees associated to our cost. Extra campers will receive the same hospitality, which includes all meals*, drinks, lift tickets and the like.

(*Excludes dinner on the evening of Wednesday, June 21st)

Payment Terms:
A 50% deposit is due at the time of contract. No space will be reserved without a deposit. The remaining 50% payment is due on or before May 1st 2017.
